Assemble these supplies:
- 75 g ( 3 oz ) pasta bows
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 50 g (2 oz) peeled prawns
- 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and cut into strips
- 1 celery stick, sliced
- 6 stuffed olives, sliced
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
To garnish:
- 2 whole prawns
- sprig of dill
Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus cooling
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Steps in preparation:
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain well and leave until cold.
- Mix together the garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Add the cooled pasta, prawns, tomatoes, celery, olives, salt and pepper. Place on a dish and garnish with whole prawns and sprig of dill.
The pasta can be cooked up to 2 days in advance if kept covered, and chilled.
