
The WEIGHT WATCHERS Cheese and Mayonnaise makes this so good that dieters won't mind counting calories. It's good for the rest of the family, too.
Assemble these supplies:
- 1/2 cup WEIGHT WATCHERS Part-Skim Milk Cheese, cubed
 - 1/2 cup WEIGHT WATCHERS Mayonnaise Dash dry mustard
 - Dash cayenne
 
Steps in preparation:
- Melt cheese in top of double boiler over medium heat.
 - When melted, add remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth.
 - Serve over hot turkey or chicken, over egg or tomato sandwiches.
 - Excellent over hot cooked vegetables and in casseroles. Yield: 1 cup.
