Assemble these supplies:

Garlic
1 onion
1 carrot 1 block, mashed tofu
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 beaten eggs
Salt
Soy sauce Sage
Vetsin
Fry garlic, onion and carrots.

Steps in preparation:


Mix in the remaining ingredients. Put in a well greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven.
