Assemble these supplies:

  • 3/4 pound sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Steps in preparation:

  1. Salt and freshly ground white pepper
  2. Remove strings from sugar snap peas.
  3. Melt butter over high heat in skillet.
  4. Stir fry peas about 2 minutes, or until just tender.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
