3 cups blanched katuray flowers
1 onion Salt to taste
3 tablespoons gluten, fried
3 tablespoons French dressing

Steps in preparation:

Remove the unnecessary parts of the katuray flower. Pour hot water and press to remove the water. Arrange on a salad plate and pour French dressing. Garnish with onion and fried gluten strips.
