1 package lime jello
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion juice
2 cups avocado (cubed)
1 cup whipped cream
Dissolve jello in hot water, add rest of ingredients. Fold in whip-ping cream (whipped) last and pour into mold.
